All visual content available on callbae.com and any affiliated services, applications, or platforms (collectively, the "Platform") is generated exclusively through artificial intelligence (AI) technology, including but not limited to Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, and related generative AI models.

No actual human beings are depicted in any visual content on the Platform, including any sexually explicit material. All visual depictions are computationally synthesized — they are not photographs, videos, or recordings of real people. No real individuals participated in, posed for, or were otherwise involved in the creation of any visual content displayed on or generated through the Platform.

Because no actual human beings are depicted in any visual content on the Platform, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply. The Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (18 U.S.C. §2257) is applicable only to visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct involving real human beings, and is therefore inapplicable to purely AI-generated imagery.

AI-Generated Content — Nature of Personas

All characters, personas, and visual depictions on the Platform are entirely fictional. They are:

Generated by artificial intelligence algorithms and do not depict any real person, living or deceased
Not based on, derived from, or modeled after any specific real individual
Not created from photographs, scans, deepfakes, or any other reproduction of real human likenesses

The Platform does not host, store, or display any user-uploaded photographs or videos of real people.

Prohibited Content

Users of the Platform are strictly prohibited from:

Generating content depicting real people — Any attempt to create AI-generated content intended to depict, resemble, or impersonate any real individual (including public figures, celebrities, or private persons) is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate account termination.
Generating content resembling minors — Any attempt to create AI-generated content that depicts, resembles, or could reasonably be interpreted as depicting a minor (any person under 18 years of age) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
Uploading real photographs or videos — The Platform does not accept or display user-uploaded photographs or videos of real individuals in any context.

Age Verification & User Eligibility

Although the Platform is exempt from §2257 record-keeping requirements, CallBae maintains robust age verification procedures as a matter of responsible platform operation:

All users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access the Platform
Users must verify their age during the registration process
The Platform maintains records of all user age verifications
Any user found to have misrepresented their age will be immediately and permanently banned
