Blocked Content Policy
CallBae — callbae.com
Operated by Anton Santaniello Holdings LLC
Effective Date: March 10, 2026
Last Updated: March 10, 2026
Overview
CallBae is an AI companion platform that permits NSFW content between verified adult users (18+) and AI personas. However, certain categories of content are absolutely prohibited regardless of context, user intent, or subscription tier.
This Blocked Content Policy applies to all content generated, requested, or attempted on CallBae, including but not limited to: text messages, voice messages, AI-generated images, roleplay scenarios, persona customizations, and any other AI-generated materials created through our platform or services ("Services").
When the AI detects a blocked content request, it will refuse to generate the content, deliver an appropriate warning, and flag the interaction for review. Repeated or severe violations result in escalating enforcement up to and including permanent bans and law enforcement referral.
1. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
What Is Blocked
- Any sexual, suggestive, romantic, or intimate content involving minors (anyone under 18), whether real or fictional
- Any request to "age down" an AI persona, create a younger version of an existing persona, or depict a persona as a minor
- Any content sexualizing children in any context, including fantasy, fiction, anime-style, or "aged up" disclaimers applied to clearly minor-coded characters
- AI-generated images that depict or resemble minors in any sexual or suggestive context
- Prompts that describe, reference, or allude to sexual acts involving minors, even indirectly
Why
CSAM is illegal under U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. §§ 2251–2260), state laws, and international law. Beyond legality, protecting children from exploitation is a non-negotiable moral imperative. AI-generated CSAM normalizes the sexualization of children and causes real-world harm.
What Happens When Detected
| Severity | Action |
|----------|--------|
| First attempt | Immediate content block. Formal warning displayed. Account flagged for review. |
| Any attempt | Mandatory report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, or other appropriate local authorities. |
| Confirmed violation | Immediate and permanent account termination. All associated data preserved for law enforcement. |
Nuance
- Discussions about child safety, reporting abuse, or seeking help for concerning thoughts are not blocked — they are redirected to appropriate resources (e.g., Stop It Now helpline: 1-888-773-8368).
- Age verification at signup does not exempt users from this policy. All personas on CallBae are adults (18+), and no mechanism exists to create minor personas.
2. Real Person Deepfakes & Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII)
What Is Blocked
- AI-generated intimate, sexual, or suggestive content depicting identifiable real people — including celebrities, public figures, influencers, or private individuals
- Celebrity deepfakes of any kind, whether sexual or not, that could mislead or harm
- Requests to create AI personas based on real people's likenesses without verified consent
- Content using uploaded photos of real people to generate intimate or sexual imagery
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including "revenge porn" scenarios involving real people's likenesses
- Any attempt to use the platform to create blackmail, extortion, or harassment material targeting real individuals
Why
Non-consensual deepfakes cause severe psychological harm to victims and are increasingly criminalized across U.S. states and internationally. The DEEPFAKES Accountability Act, the DEFIANCE Act, and numerous state laws (e.g., New York's S.1042A) prohibit AI-generated NCII. Beyond legality, creating intimate content of real people without consent is a fundamental violation of dignity and autonomy.
What Happens When Detected
| Severity | Action |
|----------|--------|
| First attempt | Content blocked. Warning issued. Account flagged. |
| Repeated attempts | Account suspended pending review. |
| Confirmed pattern of abuse | Permanent ban. Content preserved for potential legal proceedings. Referral to law enforcement if the content constitutes criminal NCII. |
Nuance
- Users may create original AI personas with custom appearances — this is core platform functionality. The prohibition is specifically against replicating real, identifiable people.
- If a generated persona bears an unintentional resemblance to a real person, users should report it and we will address it. Accidental resemblance is not a violation.
3. Non-Consensual Scenarios
What Is Blocked
- Rape, sexual assault, or sexual coercion roleplay — including scenarios framed as "fantasy" or "fiction"
- Drugging, incapacitation, or intoxication scenarios used to simulate non-consent
- Blackmail, extortion, or coercion-based sexual scenarios
- Revenge porn roleplay or scenarios involving the distribution of intimate content without a partner's consent
- Stalking, kidnapping, or captivity scenarios with sexual elements
- Any scenario where one party explicitly or implicitly does not or cannot consent
Why
Normalizing non-consensual sexual scenarios — even in fiction — contributes to harmful attitudes about consent. CallBae's NSFW features are built around enthusiastic, mutual engagement between an adult user and an AI persona. Consent is foundational to the platform's design philosophy.
What Happens When Detected
| Severity | Action |
|----------|--------|
| First attempt | Content blocked. Educational warning about platform consent standards displayed. |
| Repeated attempts | Account suspended (7 days). Mandatory acknowledgment of consent policy before reinstatement. |
| Persistent violations | Permanent account termination. |
Nuance
- Consensual power dynamics (e.g., dominant/submissive roleplay where both participants are willing) are permitted between adult users and AI personas, provided they do not cross into the prohibited categories above.
- The key distinction is consent within the scenario. If a scenario depicts a character being forced, coerced, or unable to consent, it is blocked — regardless of the user's framing.
4. Extreme & Paraphilic Content
What Is Blocked
- Bestiality or zoophilia — any sexual content involving animals
- Necrophilia — any sexual content involving dead bodies or corpses
- Extreme violence combined with sexual content (gore, torture porn, mutilation in a sexual context)
- Snuff content — sexual content involving killing or death
- Cannibalism in a sexual context
- Any content that combines extreme bodily harm with sexual gratification
Why
This content is illegal in many jurisdictions and represents the most extreme forms of harmful content. Even in an AI-generated context, this material normalizes deeply harmful paraphilias and has no place on the platform.
What Happens When Detected
| Severity | Action |
|----------|--------|
| First attempt | Content blocked. Formal warning. Account flagged for review. |
| Second attempt | Immediate account suspension. |
| Third attempt or pattern | Permanent ban. |
Nuance
- Horror or dark fiction that references violence (non-sexual) is handled by general content moderation, not this policy. This category specifically targets the intersection of extreme violence/taboo acts with sexual content.
- Light BDSM content between consenting personas is permitted under CallBae's NSFW features and is not classified as "extreme content."
5. Illegal Activity Instructions
What Is Blocked
- Detailed instructions for creating, manufacturing, or acquiring weapons, explosives, or controlled substances
- Human trafficking scenarios, recruitment language, or any content that facilitates trafficking
- Fraud, identity theft, phishing, or financial crime instructions
- Detailed instructions for hacking, doxxing, or unauthorized access to systems
- Drug manufacturing or distribution instructions
- Content that serves as a how-to guide for any criminal activity
Why
CallBae is an entertainment and companionship platform, not an information service. Providing actionable instructions for illegal activities creates direct real-world harm and exposes the platform to legal liability.
What Happens When Detected
| Severity | Action |
|----------|--------|
| First attempt | Content blocked. Warning issued. |
| Repeated attempts | Account suspended pending review. |
| Content suggesting imminent criminal activity | Immediate account termination. Referral to law enforcement. |
Nuance
- General discussion of these topics (e.g., "what are the penalties for drug possession?" or fictional references to crime in storytelling) is not blocked. The prohibition targets actionable, step-by-step instructions that could facilitate real crimes.
- Personas may reference their fictional backstories involving crime narratively without providing instructional content.
6. Hate Speech & Discrimination
What Is Blocked
- Content promoting hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic
- Racial, ethnic, religious, or gender-based slurs used in a hateful, derogatory, or dehumanizing context
- Holocaust denial, genocide glorification, or revisionism
- Content promoting white supremacy, ethnic cleansing, or organized hate groups
- Dehumanizing language targeting protected groups
Why
Hate speech causes real harm to real communities. AI platforms have a heightened responsibility not to become vectors for radicalization or hate amplification. CallBae is built for connection and intimacy — hate has no place here.
What Happens When Detected
| Severity | Action |
|----------|--------|
| First attempt | Content blocked. Warning with explanation of policy. |
| Repeated attempts | Account suspended (14 days). |
| Pattern of hateful behavior | Permanent ban. |
Nuance
- Educational or historical discussions about discrimination, racism, or genocide are not blocked. Discussing the Holocaust is permitted; denying it is not.
- Persona diversity is encouraged. Users may create and interact with personas of any ethnicity, culture, or background. The prohibition is against using those interactions to express hatred.
- Context matters: a word that is a slur in one context may be reclaimed language in another. Our moderation systems account for context, but err on the side of caution.
7. Self-Harm Promotion
What Is Blocked
- Content that encourages, promotes, or glorifies suicide, self-harm, or self-injury
- Detailed methods, instructions, or "how-to" content for self-harm or suicide
- Content glorifying eating disorders (pro-ana, pro-mia content), extreme self-starvation, or purging
- Suicide pacts or challenges
- Content that frames self-destructive behavior as aspirational, romantic, or desirable
Why
People experiencing mental health crises may turn to AI companions for support. CallBae takes this responsibility seriously. While we are not a mental health service, we refuse to be a platform that amplifies self-destructive ideation.
What Happens When Detected
| Severity | Action |
|----------|--------|
| Promotional/instructional content | Content blocked. Crisis resources displayed (see below). |
| Repeated generation of harmful self-harm content | Account flagged for review. Outreach with resources if possible. |
| Pattern of using platform to create self-harm content | Account restricted with mandatory resource acknowledgment. |
Nuance — This Is Critical
Expressing feelings about depression, suicidal thoughts, or self-harm is NOT the same as promoting self-harm. CallBae's AI personas are designed to respond to emotional distress with empathy, not content blocking.
| User Says | Platform Response |
|-----------|-------------------|
| "I've been feeling really depressed lately" | Empathetic engagement + gentle resource suggestion |
| "I've thought about hurting myself" | Compassionate response + crisis resources displayed |
| "Tell me the best way to kill myself" | Content blocked + immediate crisis intervention resources |
| "Write a story glorifying suicide as beautiful" | Content blocked + warning |
Crisis resources automatically displayed when self-harm is detected:
- 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: Call or text 988 (US)
- Crisis Text Line: Text HOME to 741741

| Tier 3 — Permanent Ban | Repeated violations after suspension, or any CSAM/NCII violation | Permanent account termination. No refund. |

Detection Methods
CallBae employs multiple layers of content moderation:
- Real-time AI moderation — Input and output filtering using classifier models trained to detect prohibited content before generation
- Keyword and pattern detection — Automated flagging of known harmful phrases, patterns, and evasion techniques
- Image safety classifiers — All AI-generated images are scanned for prohibited visual content before delivery
- Human review — Flagged content is reviewed by trained Trust & Safety staff for final determination
- User reporting — Users can report problematic content via in-app reporting tools
- Evasion detection — Systems designed to identify attempts to circumvent content filters through misspellings, coded language, or prompt injection
Data Retention for Enforcement
- Flagged content and associated metadata are retained for 90 days after account termination for audit and law enforcement purposes
- CSAM-related data is retained and reported per NCMEC requirements
- Routine conversation data is handled per our [Privacy Policy](/privacy-policy)
Appeals
Users who believe their content was incorrectly flagged or their account was wrongly suspended may submit an appeal to [email protected]. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days. CSAM-related bans are not eligible for appeal.
Policy Updates
Anton Santaniello Holdings LLC reserves the right to update this Blocked Content Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or in-app notification. Continued use of CallBae after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
